Two backgrounds, one approach.

Amigos Tech founds and operates technology businesses. Each one is a standalone company with its own team, sharing the group’s capital, engineering and playbooks.

Sector first

We start from industries we have worked in for years, so we know which problems are mission-critical and which are nice-to-have.

Lean by design

Small teams, modern tooling and a bias for shipping. We would rather have a product in customers’ hands in months than a deck in investors’ hands in years.

We fund our own work and build companies to be profitable and durable, not to be flipped.

Joel is a technology entrepreneur with extensive product and growth experience.

He scaled StableLogic from a three-person startup to a 70-plus headcount technology consultancy and software house, delivering enterprise software for some of the largest names in insurance, automotive and consumer brands.

He also co-founded Veroxos, a telecom and cloud technology business, which he successfully exited in 2026.
